Cancelling an appointment
At Hair Actually Hove, we understand that things may not always go as planned, and you might want a resolution. While we do not offer monetary refunds, we're committed to addressing your concerns and restoring your confidence in our services. Each situation is evaluated individually.
In line with our salon policy, we are pleased to offer color or haircut amendments within 7 days of the initial service. After 7 days, an additional fee may apply, as color can fade and may no longer represent the original work.
